The Hitchhiker's guide to... AI

Here to Help

AI is Rapidly growing and so too are the amount of words and definitions needed to define each advancement. Sometimes they don't make sense and sometimes they're self explanatory. We want to clear up any confusion you may have and to help you understand so you can make the best decision for your endeavour.

what are "Agents"

Here’s a simple breakdown:

  1. Chatbot: This is a computer program designed to have conversations with people. It can be as simple as answering basic questions or as complex as helping with specific tasks.
  2. Agent: This term is often used to describe the chatbot itself when it’s performing its role. So, the agent is the chatbot’s job title. It’s what the chatbot is called when it's interacting with users and helping them out.

When you’re interacting with a chatbot, you're interacting with an agent. The term “agent” emphasises its role in directing the conversation to help you get what you need

So why would i need more than one Agent?

Let's say you have 20 Agents, it means you have 20 different chatbots or computer programs ready to help you. Each one might be good at different things. For example:

  1. One Agent might help you with questions about their company.
  2. Another might help you find products or services.
  3. Some might be good at solving technical problems.
  4. Others might be experts on certain topics.

These agents can be combined into one super bot or can be seperate

What are "Tokens"

Tokens are like little pieces of a conversation or text that a chatbot uses to understand and process what you’re saying.

 example:

Imagine you’re building a house. Each brick is a small part of the house, and when you put them all together, you get the complete house. In the same way, tokens are small pieces of text that a chatbot uses to understand and respond to your message.

For instance, if you type “I want to know about ancient Rome,” the chatbot breaks this sentence into tokens:

  • “I”
  • “want”
  • “to”
  • “know”
  • “ancient”
  • “Rome”

Each token helps the chatbot understand what you’re asking. By looking at all these tokens together, the chatbot can figure out that you want information about ancient Rome.

Tokens are important because they help the chatbot process and understand language so it can give you the right answers or responses!

What is a "knowledge Base"

A knowledge base is like a big, organized notebook or library where a chatbot keeps all the important information it uses to help answer your questions. Imagine you have a giant book with all the answers to the questions you might ask.

In this book, you could find:

  • Facts and Details: Information about a company’s products, services, or how something works.
  • FAQs: Common questions people ask and the answers to those questions.
  • Instructions and Procedures: How to do certain tasks or solve common problems.

When you ask the chatbot a question, it looks through its knowledge base to find the right answer and then shares it with you. So, a knowledge base helps the chatbot have all the right information ready to provide useful and accurate responses!

What is _Terminal

_Terminal is the expansion into the aether of AI. It is the beginning of the end for human social influencers. It is only the beginning. Start the race before  others realise they're in last place.
